BOOKING CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS. Payable to Easthill House & Gardens These are non- refundable in the event of cancellation within 8 weeks of your holiday commencing. If the accommodation is re-let then a discretionary deposit will be repaid. Holiday insurance is recommended.
BALANCE OF ACCOUNT. To be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Cheques payable to Easthill House & Gardens.
OCCUPANCY. In no circumstances shall persons in excess of that number for which beds and cots are supplied occupy the property.
VISITORS BELONGINGS. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects.
DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE. All damages and breakages arising during your holiday must be notified to the owners and must be paid for before departure.
CONDITION OF PREMISES. The premises are to be left on departure in the same condition as on arrival.
RESERVATIONS - REFUSAL OF ENTRY. In the interest of all visitors, the owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving a reason. The owners also reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who, in their opinion, may be detrimental to the property or may cause nuisance or offence to other visitors.
CAR PARKING. Ample private parking is available. No responsibility for any loss or theft of or from a vehicle can be accepted. All vehicles parked at owner's risk.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. The lodges, Stable Cottage, Beeches and Gardens Apartment may be occupied from 3.30pm onwards on day of arrival. Treetops & Woodlands from 4pm. On the day of departure all properties must be vacated by 10am. Except Woodlands 9.30a.m. please
PRICES. All prices include bed linen, towels, central heating, hot water, electricity, colour T.V. video recorder, CD/cassette/radio and cots/high chairs when required. Prices may change without notice until booking is accepted. Small charge for use of Hot Tub, all other facilities i.e. tennis, golf, games room - F.O.C.
SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED [Except service dogs by prior arrangement]
WASHING MACHINE in all units except Gardens and Beeches but one is available in a separate Laundry room for use free of charge. Tumble driers also available for use for everyone with £1 coin meter. WHEEL CHAIR AVAILABLE FOR HIRE
NO SMOKING. Due to over-whelming demand, all our units are non smoking and we politely ask you to refrain from smoking inside.
