This cottage adjoins the main house with many of the original features of the old coach house retained. The entrance, through its own conservatory, offers an additional ground floor sitting room. On the ground floor is a large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, automatic washer and dishwasher.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom comprising bath with shower attachment, w.c. and wash basin. The staircase leads to a large lounge (with bed settee) which has an original beamed ceiling and twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, w.c. and wash basin.
